i may tr dremmeling the case so as to fit the ice tower directly to the pi at some later date.
Not as good as just the bare ice tower and pi, but i need a case on mine so that it is properly protected. but as you can see it hung out at the 53c to 54c range for the most intense parts of the test. topped at 55c only on one reading at 1500mhz next read after that was back at 54c.
This is sofar the best cooling i have seen for the pi 4 whie using a case. Pi, stock thermal pad from argon, argon neo case with the slide off top removed, thermal pad from ice tower, shiny penny, thermal pad from ice tower, shiny penny, thermal pad from ice tower, ice tower low profile cooling fan with the fan reversed from stock position so it pulls air up and away from the pi to eliminate heat (it comes stock with the fan blowing down on to the pi). You would need to either remove the Odroid radiator block (but the radiator pole in the case probably won't be in a correct location for the CPU) or cut out the radiator pole from the case.

Myself I use the values above using a fan without getting any problems of too high temperatures. Ok so here is what i did and what i used: use the following command: 'vcgencmd measuretemp' The maximum clock for the cpu without losing guaranty is 2147 (what still should be safe) and for gpu is 750.
